We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, simply return it. Corkcicle offers a 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products, in addition to our warranty that covers defects in manufacturing.

Corkcicle can only accept returns or exchanges for items that were purchased directly from corkcicle.com. A copy of your receipt is required. If you purchased your product anywhere other than corkcicle.com, you must return it to the original place of purchase for a refund or exchange, observing their particular return/exchange policy.

To return an item purchased from corkcicle.com, please email support@corkcicle.com.

Please Note:

  • We will not refund original shipping charges, unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to an error by Corkcicle (e.g. wrong item).
  • Your refund will equal your order total, plus any sales tax paid, minus shipping charges.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We can only make exchanges for the same item(s) originally purchased. We cannot exchange your purchase for other items.
