HYDRATION AND BARWARE WARRANTY

Corkcicle offers a limited warranty of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 366 days after original purchase from an authorized Corkcicle dealer or on Corkcicle.com.

  • Corkcicle will not accept a warranty claim if the product has evidence of excessive wear or misuse.
  • Corkcicle does not cover any items with third party post-manufacturing material modification (such as post-purchase engraving, vinyl monogramming, etc.).
  • Please note the manufacturer’s warranty does not mean that you can abuse your Corkcicle product and expect us to replace it for free. We don’t cover normal wear and tear on things like paint finishes, dents from drops, broken glass, broken caps from drops, loss, theft, or any other misuse of product or care instructions within packaging (Dishwashing, etc.). Corkcicle reserves the right to request images of defective product validation if deemed appropriate for certain requests.
  • If a covered defect is discovered, Corkcicle will replace your product with the same or similar product at Corkcicle’s option for FREE after visual inspection has been completed. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, so be sure to hold onto your receipts.

LUNCHBOX AND COOLER WARRANTY

Corkcicle offers a limited warranty of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 366 days after original purchase from an authorized Corkcicle dealer or on Corkcicle.com.

  • Corkcicle will not accept a warranty claim on Lunchboxes/Cooler bags that exhibit excessive signs of wear and tear, including scuffs, fading, pilling and other indicators of compromised material.
  • Corkcicle does not cover any items with third party post-manufacturing material modification that could impact Lunchbox/Cooler functionality, including those caused by needlework/embroidery or heat alterations such as iron-on patches.
  • Please note that our manufacturer’s warranty does not apply to everyday wear and tear of your products. Corkcicle reserves the right to request images of defective product validation if deemed appropriate for certain requests.
  • If a covered defect is discovered, Corkcicle will replace your product with the same or similar product at Corkcicle’s option for FREE after visual inspection has been completed. If a replacement item is not available we will offer you a full refund if purchased directly from Corkcicle.com, which will be credited back to your original payment method in a period of 5 to 7 business days. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, so be sure to hold onto your receipts.
  • No refunds will be issued or replacements shipped out until Corkcicle receives the defective Lunchbox/Cooler Bag with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization included.
